The 613 Mitzvoth - Yeshuath YHWH!

The 613 Mitzvoth - Yeshuath YHWH!

מִצְוָה    (religion) commandment, precept ; decree, edict ; good deed, act of kindness (Morfix™)

When we take the total value of every letter (It are also numbers) than we have: 40-90-6-5 = 141 = total until one digit = 6. 6 is the letter waf in old Hebrew a ‘Hook’. The Mitswoth (plural) are instructions from Elohim, infect ‘hooks’ to ‘hang’ on Elohim.

צָוָו  Kal not used; Syr. To set up, erect. Pi. צִוָּה  I. to set over, appoint, constitute, with acc. Of the person and עַל of the thing. II. To appoint, determine, decree. III. To charge, command, with acc., also עַל, אֶל, לְ to or concerning whom; צוָּה לְּבֵיתוֺ to give one’s last orders to his family. Pu. To be commanded, charched.
צַו, צָו masc. command, precept.

I prefer to call them ‘‘tsiyunim’, from Abba YHWH…. .

צִיוּן masc. dec. 1b, I. pillar, monument, II. Way-mark, (Benjamin Davidson)

Jer 31:21  “Set up signposts (ציניםH6725 ), make landmarks; set your heart toward the highway, the way in which you went. Turn back, O maiden of Yisra’ĕl, turn back to these cities of yours!

ציניםH6725
ציוּן
tsı̂yûn
tsee-yoon'
From the same as H6723 in the sense of conspicuousness (compare H5329); a monumental or guiding pillar: - sign, title, way mark. (Strong)

O maiden of Israel ‘put-on’ these ‘tsiyunim’ and come back.
Maybe not how we Jews do it, but there should be not so much different. We put a ‘strong-fence’ around these ‘tsiyunim’, maybe a double fence. Because, we don’t like to come to the same level of chattath (sins) as where we were when we loosed our Temple. Did we have a choice? Without ……..
We did so much our best to fulfill them but…….. Many gave up. Others became hypocrites. Or even, corrupt. But still there are many lovers of Torah in Judaism. Please look at them. Try to be together with us. And let we together learn.
And Ephraim (Christian’s, all who like to live here in Israel, the seed of Ya’acob, the Chosen Ones) come with these mitzvoth/tsiyunim it is the only way.

It is written:

Num 9:14  ‘And when a stranger sojourns among you, then he shall perform the Passover of יהוה. He shall do so according to the law of the Passover and according to its right-ruling. You have one law, both for the stranger and the native of the land.’

Num 15:15  ‘One law is for you of the assembly and for the stranger who sojourns with you – a law forever throughout your generations. As you are, so is the stranger before יהוה.

Yeshuah Rabbeinu teach (because of Yeshuah I came to the point to call them ‘tsiyunim’):

Luk 16:31  “But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Mosheh and the prophets, neither would they be persuaded even if one should rise from the dead.’ ”

And:

Mat 5:17  “Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah or the Prophets.1 I did not come to destroy but to complete. Footnote: 1The Law and the Prophets is a term used for the pre-Messianic Scriptures.

And: Mat 5:18  “For truly, I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah till all be done.1 Footnote: 1Lk. 16:17.

When Yeshuah came in my life, I really believe what Yochanan wrote: Joh 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim.
Joh 1:2  He was in the beginning with Elohim.
Joh 1:3  All came to be through Him,1 and without Him not even one came to be that came to be. Footnote: 1Eph. 3:9, Col. 1:16, Heb. 1:2, Heb. 11:3, 2 Peter 3:5, Ps. 33:6.
Joh 1:4  In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

From the moment that I read the weekly Torah Reading and Haftorah all these ‘tsiyunim’ ‘passed before me’ every time again when I read them again and again all these years. When I ‘looked’ at my and our life, I found it ‘wonderful’ when it is in Abba’s ‘Hands’.  All the letters of Rabbi Shaul (Paul) are so beautiful teachings about these ‘tsiyunim’

Zec 9:13  “For I shall bend Yehuḏah for Me, I shall fill the bow with Ephrayim, and I shall stir up your sons, O Tsiyon, against your sons, O Greece, and I shall make you like the sword of a mighty man.”

O maiden of Israel (Yudah and Ephraim) let we learn to put on these ‘tsiyunim’ together.  Abba YHWH said: ‘I shall bend Yehuḏah for Me’ (Not to bend Yudah to Christian Teaching or an ‘variant’ of it. Abba shall bend Yudah to himself) and fill the bow with you: Ephraim (Christians and other called out ones) ‘the bow of Yudah’. Not to bring Christianity, or a variant, to the Jews. No! Fill the bow of Yudah with Ephraim. With His tsiyunim’ in you. These are as a facto the Living Words of Abba YHWH!

When Yeshuah is in you, The Living Word of YHWH is in you. That is our Messiah. Abba YHWH is our Messiah! (Please click: He came to Tabernacle among us for further reading about our Messiah)

There is no other Messiah:

Isa 43:11  “I, I am יהוה, and besides Me there is no savior.

Deu 32:39  ‘See now that I, I am He, And there is no Elohim besides Me. I put to death and I make alive. I have wounded, and I heal. And from My hand no one delivers!

Joh 8:28  So יהושע said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Aḏam, then you shall know that I am He, and that I do none at all of Myself, but as My Father taught Me, these words I speak.

Do you know, that you can find in Scripture,

‘YHWH Elohim called’ 96 times

‘YHWH said’ 5697 times?

You can read it for yourself. YHWH’s Words are really ‘speaking’. In reality He speaks much more times in Scriptures. And see that the 613 times here written is more for educational purpose. But they are the ones that can bring us together here in Israel.

With the above in you Ephraim Abba shall fill ‘the bow of Yudah’. ‘Than shall The bow of Yudah’ be filled. If you come like it is said: Zep 3:10  “From beyond the rivers of Kush my worshippers, the daughter of My dispersed ones, shall bring My offering.”
(Hebrew: מנחתי H4503 minchâh min-khaw' From an unused root meaning toapportion, that is, bestow; a donation; euphemistically tribute; specifically a sacrificial offering (usually bloodless and voluntary): - gift, oblation, (meat) offering, present, sacrifice.)
מנחתי, the ‘yod’ on the end means ‘My’ is that not Yeshuah of the haberith HaChadashah?
Yochanan 3:16 is it Yeshuah who came in your live Ephraim?

So that you say when you come:

Exo 15:2  “Yah is my strength and song, and He has become my deliverance. He is my Ěl, and I praise Him – Elohim of my father, and I exalt Him.

That is where comes in fulfillment: Jer 31:31  “See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall make a new covenant with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah1, Footnote: 1See Heb. 8:8-12, Heb. 10:16-17.
Jer 31:32  not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares יהוה.

So I didn’t become a Christian when Yeshuah came in my life but Abba YHWH brought in fulfillment:

Jer 31:33  “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.

Than shall Abba YHWH fulfill:

Isa 11:11-16  And it shall be in that day that יהוה sets His hand again a second time to recover the remnant of His people who are left, from Ashshur (here you disappeared under the people of our world Ephraim but…) and from Mitsrayim, from Pathros and from Kush, from Ěylam and from Shinʽar, from Ḥamath and from the islands of the sea.
12  And He shall raise a banner for the nations (I believe that is Yeshuah Rabbeinu our Messiah), and gather the outcasts of Yisra’ĕl, and assemble the dispersed of Yehuḏah from the four corners of the earth.
13  And the envy of Ephrayim shall turn aside (no more jealousy on Yudah) , and the adversaries of Yehuḏah (Our bad mistakes shall go away) be cut off. Ephrayim shall not envy Yehuḏah, and Yehuḏah not trouble Ephrayim.
14  But they shall fly (we together) down upon the shoulder of the Philistines (Palestinians? Which people in the first place are not good for the Islamite’s? The Jews and the Christians?)  for the west; together they plunder the people of the east, their hand stretching forth on Eḏom and Mo’aḇ (Jordan?), and the children of Ammon shall be subject to them.
15  And יהוה shall put under the ban the tongue of the Sea of Mitsrayim, and He shall wave His hand over the River with the might of His Spirit, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and shall cause men to tread it in sandals.
16  And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, those left from Ashshur (Ephraim, The Northern Tribes), as it was for Yisra’ĕl in the day when he came up from the land of Mitsrayim.

When we came up, out from the land Mitsrayim we where together. Thanks to Yoseph. Please read his life story? And the blessing from Ya’acob to Ephraim and Manashe, the two sons of Yoseph.

But later…… Ephraim do you ‘remember’?

Exo 19:1-16  In the third month after the children of Yisra’ĕl had come out of the land of Mitsrayim, on this day they came to the Wilderness of Sinai.
2  For they set out from Rephiḏim, and had come to the Wilderness of Sinai, and camped in the wilderness. So Yisra’ĕl camped there before the mountain.
3  And Mosheh went up to Elohim, and יהוה called to him from the mountain, saying, “This is what you are to say to the house of Yaʽaqoḇ, and declare to the children of Yisra’ĕl:
4  ‘You have seen what I did to the Mitsrites, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to Myself.
5  ‘And now, if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples – for all the earth is Mine –
6  ‘and you shall be to Me a reign of priests and a set-apart nation.’ Those are the words which you are to speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl.”
7  And Mosheh came and called for the elders of the people, and set before them all these words which יהוה commanded him.
8  And all the people answered together and said, “All that יהוה has spoken we shall do.” So Mosheh brought back the words of the people to יהוה.

When, we read further in our history. We all know what we did……  Abba YHWH blessed us when we obeyed His voice! But we went far, far away from His Voice…… O Wee…..

O Israel, please come back? Come let we try to listen again? And say to each other:

Mic 4:2  And many nations shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of יהוה, to the House of the Elohim of Yaʽaqoḇ, and let Him teach us His ways, and let us walk in His paths. For out of Tsiyon comes forth the Torah, and the word of יהוה from Yerushalayim1.” Footnote: 1Isa. 2:3.

Isa 2:3  And many peoples shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of יהוה, to the House of the Elohim of Yaʽaqoḇ, and let Him teach1 us His ways1, and let us walk in His paths1, for out of Tsiyon comes forth the Torah1, and the Word1 of יהוה from Yerushalayim.” Footnote: 1His ways, His paths, the teaching and the Word of יהוה are used synonymously.

Because He made The Covenant also with you:

Deu 29:14-15  “And not with you alone I am making this covenant and this oath,
15  but with him who stands here with us today before יהוה our Elohim, as well as with him who is not here with us today.

So there are 613 Mitswoth in the written Torah, the first 5 books of The Scriptures. These 613 commandments or better instructions list what is required, permitted, and forbidden by YHWH – and range from activity of lay person in everyday life to the strict procedures followed by the High Priest.
The 613 instructions are codified and divided in 248 positive and 365 negative laws. It is interesting, you can find that in our Midrashim, to note that there are 365 negative commandments corresponding to the 365 days of the year – one instruction (mitzvah) for each day. There are also 365 ligaments, veins and tendons in the body and 248 limbs and organs in your body. According to various Midrashim, the 248 positives correspond to the limbs in the human body and the 365 equals to the sinews and the nerves. It is said the fulfillment of each mitzvah brings life and vitality to the body.
Psa 35:9  But let my own being exult in יהוה; Let it rejoice in His deliverance.
Psa 35:10  Let all my bones say, “יהוה, who is like You, Delivering the poor from one stronger than he, And the poor and the needy from him who robs him?”
